Bananas are rich in potassium and fiber. Blueberries are source of manganese, copper and vitamins C, E and K1. Goji berries contain all essential amino acids, large amounts of protein and vitamin A. They have 15 times more iron than spinach. I add fresh goji berries to my smoothies and they give my body more energy.
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- ½ cup blueberries
- ¼ cup fresh goji berries
- 1 cup water
- Optional: A little maple syrup to sweeten
Method:
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
