Green Goji Berry Smoothie

Start your morning with a smile and a green goji berry smoothie. This healthy smoothie is made with spinach, banana and goji berries.

Spinach is rich in B vitamins, vitamin A, zinc, iron, calcium. It also protects our body from free radicals. I add banana to my smoothie for more potassium. I usually add fresh goji berries because they are an excellent source of antioxidants.

Drinking a green smoothie for breakfast has the following therapeutic properties:

  • Immunostimulatory effects
  • Anticancer effects
  • Gives you energy and antiaging effects
  • Ingredients:

    • 2-3 tbsp fresh goji berries
    • 1 banana
    • 2 cups fresh spinach
    • lemon juice
    • Method:

        Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

          Pour into a glass and enjoy!
