Start your day with a vitamin booster goji carrot smoothie. This smoothie is easy to make and very healthy. Both, carrots and goji berries are a good source of antioxidants. Antioxidants protect the human body from diseases and cancers.

Ingredients:

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 cup water
  • Method:

      Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
